Founded in 2012 in the heart of Durham, we’ve become known for offering advanced skincare, expertly applied lashes, and exceptional client care, all in a beautifully refurbished space overlooking the Market Place. With alomost 30 years of hands-on experience, Helen, our founder has spent the last 15 years raising standards across the industry through education, mentoring, and professional leadership. Our salon has recently been refurbished with a stunning new design, creating a luxurious and relaxing environment overlooking the Market Place. We aim to make every client feel comfortable and pampered in our beautifully updated space.
With over 25 years of industry experience, I am passionate about raising standards and have been educating fellow therapists for the past 13 years. The salon is always beautifully decorated. I just went in for the first time since lockdown ended, and they had sooo many gel nail colours available! Absolutely gorgeous glitters 😃 And Lexi was super nice and chatty throughout. Overall great experience.
Lovely salon and staff, staff are knowledgeable and use excellent products. During covid extra precautions take place and treatment rooms are cleaned before every appointment which make you feel safe. Treatment rooms are comfortable with a lovely heated table. I get my eyebrows laminated and love the look. Lovely extra added touch with a lovely Christmas thank you gift is so thoughtful.
