About half a centimetre, which is usually two to three weeks of growth after shaving. If it is too short the wax cannot grip, so resist the urge to trim or shave before your appointment.
Less than you fear. We use Perron Rigot hot wax, which is designed for sensitive areas and sets on the hair rather than the skin. You feel a short, sharp sensation that fades in seconds, and it gets noticeably easier with regular waxing.

We do not offer intimate waxing for male anatomy. Every other waxing service, including backs, chests, legs and brows, is available to everyone. We are a gender-neutral salon and organise our menu by body area, so all clients, including trans and non-binary clients, can book comfortably.
Around three to four weeks of smoothness. With regular waxing the hair grows back finer and sparser, so it gets better, and easier, over time.
