Reflexology has roots reaching back thousands of years, through Egyptian, Chinese and Indian traditions. It works on a simple understanding: the feet hold a map of the whole body. Working precise points and zones with slow, deliberate pressure, reflexology is deeply calming in itself — and works with the body’s energy pathways to release build-up you didn’t even know you were holding.
A session is purposeful and precise: steady thumb-walking across the arches, careful attention wherever the feet reveal tension, and a rhythm that lets the nervous system properly quieten. Clients come to reflexology for all sorts of reasons — poor sleep, stress that has settled into the body, tired legs and feet, or simply because it is one of the deepest forms of relaxation there is. It suits anyone, and is a lovely choice for those who prefer to remain clothed, or find a full body massage too much.
Many clients describe the same three things afterwards: a remarkable lightness in their feet, the best night’s sleep they’ve had in weeks, and a calm that lasts well beyond the session itself.
Your first session begins with a consultation about your general health, sleep and stress, which shapes where the treatment focuses. You only need to remove your shoes and socks — you stay fully clothed and comfortable throughout.
Your feet are cleansed and warmed, then both feet are worked in a full, unhurried sequence: opening relaxation strokes to settle you in, precise point work across the soles, arches and toes, and attention to any areas that reveal tension along the way. The session finishes with calming strokes that most people drift through, and Helen will share simple aftercare advice before you leave — usually to drink plenty of water and let yourself rest.
If it is your first time, the 60 minute session gives the treatment the room it deserves. Regular clients often settle into a rhythm of a session every three to four weeks.
During your treatments we use a combination of massage techniques, Indian head, reflexology, hot stones and hot pindas to indulge your body’s senses alongside beautiful products.

Reflexology is where Helen’s career in therapies began. She holds a foundation degree in complementary therapies, and before opening Sirens she taught reflexology in colleges, training the next generation of therapists. At Sirens, every reflexology treatment is carried out by Helen herself.

The lash world has exploded over the past few years, and while that means more choice, it also means more
