A spa day with us is an afternoon in the heart of Durham that is entirely yours: proper treatments, calm rooms, no queues for a swimming pool, and nobody hurrying you out of the door. How a spa day with us works
We build your afternoon around you rather than handing you a set menu. Most people choose two or three treatments, a massage and a facial is the classic pairing, and add nails, a pedicure or an LED session if they want the full afternoon. Tell us the occasion and how long you want to escape for, and we will plan it with you when you book. Because we are a salon rather than a hotel spa, every treatment is done properly by a specialist, and the afternoon costs what the treatments cost, nothing added on top.

The heart of most spa days is massage, from deeply relaxing through to proper deep tissue work. Around that, our facials and skin treatments go from beautifully relaxing right up to advanced work very few salons in the area can offer. And if you want to leave polished as well as rested, add nails or a pedicure. Everything else we offer is on our spa treatments page.
Good to know
We are a child free salon, which for a spa day is rather the point, it stays calm. We are in the Market Place, two minutes’ walk from the Prince Bishops car park, so lunch or a glass of something between treatments is easy, the whole city is on the doorstep. And if the day is a gift, we can arrange a gift voucher so they can plan their own perfect afternoon.
