Professional products, chosen for you on the day

All spa body massage experiences use professional Germaine de Capuccini products. We have chosen to adapt these products into a personalised approach rather than fixed, branded rituals.

Oils, rich nourishing creams and massage mediums are selected on the day to suit your skin, comfort and the season. Some guests prefer lighter textures, while others enjoy richer, more cocooning products. Your therapist will guide this based on your preferences.

These treatments are designed to relax and restore. Pressure is always adapted to suit you.

What to expect

Calm, welcoming and unhurried from the moment you arrive

You will be shown into a comfortable treatment room where your therapist will briefly check in with you before beginning. There are no fixed routines or expectations. Some guests prefer a very simple, quiet massage with minimal stimulation, while others enjoy gentle variation and sensory elements. Your therapist will adapt the experience to suit you.

Longer treatments allow more time for stillness, warmth and repetition, helping you reach a deeper level of relaxation.

What should I wear to a massage?

Just wear something comfortable. You will be covered with towels throughout your treatment and only the area being massaged will be exposed.

Can I talk during the treatment?

You can if you would like, but you are also welcome to enjoy the silence. We follow your lead.

Will the pressure be too firm?

We always tailor the massage to you. Whether you prefer light, medium or deep pressure, we will adjust to make sure you are comfortable.

Can I combine massage with other treatments?

Yes! Many clients combine massage with facials or add ons like foot rituals. Just let us know at booking.
