Before your tan

Exfoliate at least 24 hours before your appointment, paying special attention to elbows, knees, heels and hands, and leave any waxing or shaving at least 24 hours beforehand too. Come with clean, bare skin: skip moisturiser, make up and jewellery on the day.

Time your shower so there is a gap of around 8 hours before your tan, and plan for the same after it, as the colour takes up to 24 hours to fully develop.

While your tan develops

Wear loose, dark clothing for the rest of the day or night, leaving off anything that rubs such as a bra or socks. Keep your skin dry until your first shower, at least 8 hours later and ideally the next morning, as it can take 24 hours for the colour to fully develop. That means staying clear of rain, washing up, sweaty workouts and leather, and being careful when drinking.

Keep your hands away from other areas of skin while the tan develops, as resting palms on legs or sleeping with hands near your face can transfer colour and leave patches darker or lighter.

Once you have showered, moisturise regularly to keep your tan for longer, and exfoliate just the rough areas like knees, heels and elbows to help it fade evenly.

How long does a spray tan take?

The appointment takes around 15 minutes. The spray itself is quick and you will be in and out with zero fuss.

How long does it last?

Most tans last 7 to 10 days. With proper prep and aftercare, your glow can be extended even further.

What should I wear to the appointment?

Loose, dark clothing is best. We provide disposable underwear or you can bring your own. The tan will wash out of most clothing once dry.

Will it look natural?

Yes! Our formulas are custom selected for your skin tone and desired depth of colour. You will leave glowing, never orange.

How soon before my event should I tan?

Ideally 1 to 2 days before, for best results and time for the colour to settle.
