Welcome to our multi-award-winning salon, where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional customer care. By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Appointments and Booking

We offer a convenient online booking system that allows you to manage your appointments at your convenience. Please ensure that all booking details are correct at the time of scheduling. Any changes or cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee applies to all appointments and ensures your slot is reserved.

  • Changes within 48 hours of the appointment: The booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new date.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment: We charge 100% of the service price, including for rescheduling requests made in this time frame.

Treatment Menu

Our treatment menu has been carefully curated to meet a variety of needs. Whether you’re in for a quick maintenance appointment or looking to indulge in a more extensive treatment, we have options to suit everyone. Please consult with our staff if you have any specific concerns or requests before your treatment begins.

Products and Treatments

We are committed to using only the best products available in the industry. Our recent introduction of DMK skincare has revolutionized our skincare offerings, and we are excited to share these advancements with you. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and effective treatment, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to products used during your treatment. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

Payment and Pricing

All treatments and services must be paid for in full at the time of your appointment. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but you will be informed of any changes prior to your appointment.

Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of care and expertise, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or after your visit to our salon.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Vouchers 

  1. Validity Period:

    • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
    • Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
  2. Redemption & Usage:

    • Vouchers can be used for any services or treatments at Sirens Beauty Salon, unless specified otherwise.
    • They cannot be used for retail products or combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  3. Booking & Cancellations:

    • When using a voucher to book an appointment, our booking and cancellation policies apply, including any required booking fees.
    • If an appointment booked with a voucher is cancelled within 24 hours, 100% of the service price will be deducted from the voucher balance.
  4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • They must be used by the original recipient and cannot be transferred to another person.
  5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

    • Sirens Beauty Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Treat them like cash, as they cannot be replaced.
  6. Partially Used Vouchers:

    • If the service cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be used towards another treatment within the validity period.
    • If the service cost exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of the appointment.
