With almost 30 years of hands-on experience, Helen has spent the last 15 years raising standards across the industry through education, mentoring and professional leadership. Lovely salon and staff, staff are knowledgeable and use excellent products. During covid extra precautions take place and treatment rooms are cleaned before every appointment which make you feel safe. Treatment rooms are comfortable with a lovely heated table. I get my eyebrows laminated and love the look. Lovely extra added touch with a lovely Christmas thank you gift is so thoughtful.

Sirens is led by Helen Ward. Helen holds a foundation degree in body works, a Level 6 qualification in human biology, Level 4 in skin and Level 3 in beauty, alongside Open University credits and a long list of accredited training and workshops with some of the leading lash and skin educators in the world.
Massage Therapist of the Year at the British Hair & Beauty Awards. Four times a finalist for Beauty Therapist of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards, and a finalist for BABTAC Holistic Therapist of the Year.
She also teaches. That matters for a practical reason rather than a promotional one: the standard we work to here is the standard we train other professionals to, and it is why you will sometimes be told a treatment is not right for you.
